1972 Volkswagen Beetle

We are so excited to offer for sale this absolute time capsule of a 1972 Volkswagen Super Beetle Baja edition with just 34k original miles. This car is incredibly original with all its decals, roof rack, special wheels, and dash plaque to commemorate the beetle selling more vehicles over the Ford Model T. This vehicle has had one repaint in its original color L96M Marathon Blue. When the car was painted the mirrors were also done, the carpet was replaced, new headliner, and new seat covers were installed. The rest of the car is all original from new. The car has been in a private collection since 1985 and we have documentation to prove the miles with service records dating back to the late 70's and early 80's. We also have the original sales receipt in the vehicle and the certificate of authenticity to prove this is a true Baja edition car celebrating the success of the vehicle in competition from 1967-1971. The paint is absolutely flawless, beautiful chrome, all the trim is original, the interior is like new and the car drives with amazing power and handling. We are putting all new brakes on the car as well as changing all the fluids to make her 100% road worthy for the new owner.
